Forest Jobs and Recreation Act: About Montana Forests Coalition

The Montana Wilderness Association is working as part of a large group of Montanans—business owners, loggers, sportsmen and other conservationists—called the Montana Forests Coalition. This group came together to inform and involve the public in innovative solutions to forest use.

This coalition supporting Senator Tester's Forest Jobs and Recreation Act includes: Sun Mountain Lumber, RY Timber, Roseburg Forest Products, Smurfit Stone, Pyramid Mountain Lumber, Trout Unlimited, National Wildlife Federation, The Wilderness Society, Seeley Lake Community Council, Campaign for America's Wilderness, Clearwater Resource Council, AERO, Montana Backcountry Horsemen, Three Rivers Challenge, Kootenai Ridge Riders ATV Club, Troy Snowmobile Club, Lincoln County Snow-Kats, Linehan Outfitting, Chapel Cedar Works, and the Yaak Valley Forest Council.
